The above rates, where applicable, include full breakfast.
Should there excessive cleaning required, full costs will be charged.
Booking /
Payment conditions
- In order to secure a
reservation, we do ask for details of a credit card as a guarantee.
- If you prefer, we are happy to
accept a cheque deposit equivalent to the price of your first night’s stay.
- Should you cancel your
reservation within 72 hours of scheduled arrival date, we reserve the right to
charge in full for the room if we are unable to resell it. Prior to this time,
any deposit will be fully refundable, less administration charge.
- All bookings can be confirmed
in writing if required, although we do stress that a booking is considered to be “firm”
on receipt of a credit card number or cheque deposit as above.
- We accept payment by cash,
cheque (supported by guarantee card), sterling traveller’s cheques, Visa, Visa
Electron, Mastercard and UK Maestro. Please note we do not accept American
Express or Diners Club cards.
- Payment by credit card (but not
debit card) will be subject to a £2.00 handling fee.
